why blood donation? who donates blood?

I have never Donated any amount of blood in red cross or any institution but I would love too. If you have the capacity to donate blood then do it now because by doing so, you can save lots of lives that need blood transfusion. Blood donation is a way of helping other people no matter any group of blood.
the eligbility of donating blood is if your weight is 45 and you are older than 17 years of age. You need to undergo medical check-up to know if you have no AIDS/HIV.

You can USE www.Nepalbloodbank.com to donate blood, You will be asked to donate blood if someone is in emergency and there are no blood available in the blood banks. You will not be forced to donate. just leave your contact number and blood group.
